Service Description
Dear Parents and Learners, Thank you for your interest in my ongoing Chess Club for Rookies! This is a weekly game session where students can apply their knowledge in practice and have fun. Each month, we will introduce new openings, variations and on the last week of the month, analyze a master game together. Students will then have the opportunity to play against me simultaneously or challenge another player in the room. For the Spring 2025 season, a new list of openings will be posted. Feel free to send suggestions, especially if there's a specific topic you'd like to learn! Winter 2025 Schedule: 📅 April Focus: Queen's Gambit 📅 May Focus: Pin, Skewer, Fork 📅 June Focus: Benoni Defence 📅 July Focus: Discovered Check, Discovered Attacks Club Meeting Structure: ✔ First 15 minutes: Sharing, Q&A, and learning new concepts. ✔ If you need help to connect, please let me know in advance and arrive 10 minutes early so I can assist you. ✔ Game time: 30 to 45 minutes of play. ✔ Final portion: Discussion and optional game analysis. Players can choose to keep their games private—I will only analyze them upon request. If you prefer to ask questions privately, feel free to send them in the chat, and I will respond after the session. This class is open to students of all levels.
